As a mover and shaker in Social Media, New Development Projects and Her City Wide community of Boss ladies and gents, Mariana has a healthy obsession with her two year old Boston Terrier, Florence.

Also known as “The Wolf of King Street” for her loyalty and fierce negotiating style, Mariana is very easygoing but when it comes to her clients, she is determined and protective of their interests. She approaches her clients and real estate without any air of artificiality, superiority or intimidation. She speaks and interacts in a manner that brings clients close and looks after them as friends. She works very hard for her clients and always wants the best for them, their future and their lifestyle. Having the ability to speak five different languages and breaking language and cultural barriers is something she thrives on.

Fred Campos

Fred Campos is a short form for Manuel Frederico D’Rozario Campos and of course with a whimsical name like his he was destined for success. Born on the Portuguese Island of Madeira, Fred and his family immigrated to Canada and set roots in the Dundas West and Runnymeade Area of the city, where his father ran a hardware store together with his two brothers. The business was a success long before the advent of hipsters in the area and Fred got his first work experience under his father’s guidance. Owning a business was always what Fred was drawn to and he put his creativity and business savvy in opening up Noor Boutique – A Yorkville staple for fragrance aficionados and lovers of fine cosmetics. After an 8 year run with lots of success and media coverage (including Vogue Paris), Fred was ready to take on a new career – this time in mortgage financing and real estate. His goal was to become fully versed in all aspects of the Real Estate Transaction and provide white glove service to his clients once he became a licensed agent. Fred is a perfectionist who ensures transparency and clarity in all his client dealings, and his extensive experience and knowledge of the city set him apart from the crowd.
